Nalonchem hosts a visit by students from IES Río Trubia at its coal chemical plant

Nalonchem (Quimica del Nalon) hosted a visit by a group of students from the Río Trubia Secondary School at its coal chemicals plant, located in the town of Oviedo.

The visit allowed the high school students to learn about the industrial processes carried out at the Trubia plant, which began operations in 1943.

Furthermore, the visit aims to collaborate with the students of IES Río Trubia and their school community -parents, family members, and educators- in identifying STEM career paths, to effectively guide educational trajectories toward both vocational training and university.
