We carry out our business activity according to a series of specific commitments, aiming to be a company capable of adapting, on a gradual, solvent basis, to current challenges, maintaining the philosophy of generating a positive impact on the environment through innovation, circularity, ethics in management and emissions reduction.
Our main objective is to drive our transformation towards an increasingly sustainable company, fulfilling ESG commitments and obligations with due diligence and based on the following strategic lines:

CIRCULARITY

Reduction of emissions

Because we are aware of the importance of reducing our CO2 emissions, we have strengthened our commitment to reducing the carbon footprint of our organisation and our products. We have validated our emissions calculation and reduction commitments according to the ISO 14064 standard.

In our Strategic Sustainability Plan, we align our business model with the calculation of GHG emissions, setting goals and actions to mitigate the impact of our organisation and our products on the value chain.

We integrate the circular economy into our philosophy. In the integrated management system policy and in our sustainability decalogue, we maintain as fundamental pillars the search for new circularity alternatives, the reuse of materials and fuels and the recovery and reuse of waste.

We have evaluated the environmental impact according to European taxonomy criteria and we have aligned our values and actions to minimise them.

These goals help us improve our quality and service and promote our competitiveness.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

A stable, safe environment

The occupational health and safety of our own staff, employees and the environment have historically taken pride of place in our policies. We have ISO 45001 certification. We regard occupational health and safety management as a priority with the aim of eliminating occupational incidents, accidents and diseases.

The Management’s commitment is coordinated through:

The adoption of measures to prevent the damage and deterioration of workers’ health, to protect the environment and the company's assets. The provision of the necessary human and material resources, including information, participation, consultation and training of employees.

In line with the Occupational Risk Prevention Law, we have implemented a proactive occupational risk prevention system to ensure occupational health and safety conditions.

We set out to integrate Occupational Health and Safety into the overall management of the Company with the goal of zero accidents and zero occupational diseases.

Since 2004, our Trubia centre has had an Exterior Emergency Plan to respond, in an organised manner, to accidental situations originating at the facility which could have an impact on the exterior.
