Nalonchem collaborates with STARTinnova to discover innovative talent in Asturias

Nalonchem (Quimica del Nalon) -spanish carbochemical company- hosted a workshop on good practices in Occupational Health and Safety for the community of companies of the Asturian Quality Club, certified according to ISO 45001, focused on preventive improvements in industrial health and safety.

Nalonchem (Química del Nalón) collaborates with the STARTinnova programme to discover innovative talent in Asturias.

On 21 November 2024, Química del Nalón participated in the presentation of the STARTinnova programme, which it has been sponsoring in recent years, with the aim of supporting the detection of early entrepreneurship in Asturias and promoting entrepreneurial values such as teamwork, proactivity, the ability to generate relationships and synergies.

Nalonchem has been participating in the Start Innova programme, together with the newspaper El Comercio – which is leading the activity together with the University of Oviedo – as well as with other public and private sponsors and heads of training centres in Asturias, who will dedicate hours to developing the Start Innova activities – in school or out-of-school hours – from November 2024 to April 2024.

The presentation was attended by Alfonso Joaquín López Muñiz, vice-rector of Students and Employability at the University of Oviedo; Emilio Sánchez Cortezón, director of Nalón Innova (Nalonchem) and Diego Oliveira, marketing director of the newspaper El Comercio.
