Nalonchem (Quimica del Nalon) is sponsoring the XXXIXth regional Chemistry Olympiad in Asturias to be held this March 2025.
The Chemistry Olympiad -in its Asturian regional phase- is organised by the Asturian Association of Chemists, the Association of Chemists of the Principality of Asturias, the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Oviedo and the Department of Education of the Government of Asturias, with the aim of promoting the chemical talent of chemistry students in the Principality of Asturias.
The test takes place on 8th March and a few days later, prizes and diplomas are awarded; the distinguished students go on to a new, more extensive territorial phase.
Nalonchem sponsors this activity as it collaborates to promote STEAM vocations – in this case linked to Chemistry – together with other relevant entities in Asturias in the path of developing intensive training in order to have competent future professionals in their jobs.
